Having tried numerous supplements and a strict bedtime routine for decades, I’m having the best restorative sleep following a bedtime drink of 10PM. I can’t recommend it more highly.

I was very sceptical of this new product, as I’ve tried everything to help me with my lack of sleep each night. My first impression was that it tasted a little bitter and it didn’t help me sleep at all. But after keeping the habit going for about ten days, drinking a mug each night at around 20:30 - 21:30 I honestly began to feel tired an hour or so later. I overcame the bitterness of the taste by adding a single sweetener. I’m coming to the end of my first months supply and will be ordering a new pouch today. Ps the accessories are great, the stirrer is the best one I’ve ever used and the tin and scoop make everything neat and tidy for storage and making up the TEN PM drink.

How wonderful to have up to 6 hours sleep! That’s not happened for many years. I thought a late evening drink would affect my bladder but if I do need the toilet overnight I go straight back to sleep.
