30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for first time purchases

Our 30-day money back guarantee is designed to ensure your satisfaction with our products, if you are not 100% happy you can return your order for a full refund to the original payment method (minus outbound shipping charges and return label fees) within 45 days from the date of purchase.

Terms and Conditions:


  • The 30-day money back guarantee is applicable only to the first pouch purchased by a first time customer as a one-off purchase (not subscriptions).
  • This guarantee is valid for one pouch equivalent to 30 servings or 30 days of product use.
  • Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
  • Note: Accessories, gifted products, sale items, and wholesale orders are final sale.

Usage Requirement:

To qualify for the money back guarantee, the customer must use the Night Drink for a continuous period of 30 days. This is to ensure a fair assessment of the product's effectiveness.

Submission Period:

  • Requests for a refund under the 30-day money back guarantee must be submitted within 45 days from the date of the original purchase.


  • This guarantee is applicable only to one-off purchases made through our official website, It does not extend to subscription plans or multiple pouch purchases.

Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer support team at within the stipulated submission period.

  • Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase and share details about their usage during the 30-day period.
  • If a refund is approved, you will be instructed to return the remaining product, including any unused portions, to our specified address. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Amount: 

  • The refund will cover the full purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping or handling charges incurred during the original purchase.

Payment Method: 

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.


  • The 30-day money back guarantee is non-transferable and can only be availed by the original purchaser.

Cancellation of Subscription Plans: 

  • This guarantee does not apply to subscription plans. Customers on subscription plans may cancel future shipments at any time, but refunds are not available for previous subscription charges.

Changes to Terms: 

Ten PM reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Ten PM General Returns Policy (outside of Money Back Guarantee for first time customers)

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

Your right is to change your mind. We’ve all done it, ordered something and then realised later that it is no longer needed. You have 30 days to return your order under our 30 day return period policy, which starts on the day after you received the item.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your Ten PM item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and where applicable any tamper labels unopened.

Wrong item received

We apologise if you have received the wrong item by mistake. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received it and within 30 days from the day on which you received the item.  Please contact us and let us know.

Damaged or faulty items

Please accept our apologies if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. If you believe that the item is faulty, please contact us. You will need to tell us exactly what the fault is and as soon as possible after discovering the fault and we will advise what to do next. Item not received

We apologise if you have not received your item. This is not common and we want to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. To receive a refund or a replacement, you must inform us that you have not received your item within 30 days from the day on which you received an email from us confirming that the item had been dispatched.

Sale items

Only full priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

If you are requested to return your product we will let you know the address to send it to. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
