How long does delivery take?
Your order will be packed up within 1 business day. Standard delivery is using a 48 hour tracked service. If you wish to use a 24 hour tracked service you can choose this option when checking out your order, for a small additional charge.
What is the cost of shipping?
Our standard 48 hour tracked develiery cost is £3.95, but if your order is over £35 you get free shipping! You can also choose to pay a little more for quicker 24 hour tracked delivery for those of you who cannot wait to start enjoying our products!
What are the shipping options?
The standard shipping we offer is typically Royal Mail 48 hour tracking shipping. But we also offer a 24 hour hour tracked delivery option using Royal Mail for a small extra charge.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the UK as standard. For shipping quotes for other international shipping locations please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking code from us which you can use on the Royal Mail website to track your order. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your delivery.

My order hasn’t been delivered, what can I do?
First, please ensure that your product has been shipped to the correct address by checking the shipping confirmation email. If your address is correct, then use the tracking details to see if Royal Mail has provided any information regarding your delivery.
