I have definitely noticed a difference since having this every night. I am falling asleep quicker. I am certainly less tired than I used to be which is great.
Both my husband and I are using TenPm. I have unsweetened almond milk to a save calories. He uses semi-skimmed milk. We have both see an improvement in our sleep. Fall asleep easier, sleep for longer & feel more refreshed in the morning. Who’d have thought it could do so much. A throughly tasty bed time drink.
