My mind used to race trying to get to sleep sometimes it took ages to go off . Having used the Ten PM Night drink for a couple of weeks now I’ve definitely seen a difference in sleep quality and even managed to sleep through a few times . The drink itself is comforting and sweet , it does have its own flavour which is not bad at all . I’m happy to continue with my new routine and will definitely be ordering some more.
I seem to fall asleep more quickly but still wake up to go to loo and then have trouble going back to sleep I will persevere I’ve had 2 orders now
