Really enjoying the starter bundle of hot chocolate and calm bars. It’s all delicious and a night time treat..I definitely feel more relaxed and ready to sleep and feel refreshed in the morning. A routine I look forward to now. The mini whisk was an added bonus! Thank you.

I normally can't stand pre made drinks but this was really good and I slept really well even with the usually 2am wake up call, I went straight back to sleep a nice change. I was shocked how it did just as well as my usual magnesium supplement. I'm only on first night but so far it's a good result and enjoyable way to take it.
I initially thought it was too sweet, but actually I think it smells sweeter than it actually is. I love it, it curbs evening cravings so less snacking and I think its genuinely helping me sleep better for longer and not waking up at 4am anymore.

I’ve been struggling with sleep since the menopause but this does the trick. Within about 10-15mins I’m snoozing off! Sleep quality has also much improved with less waking up in the night. I was unsure of the taste at first but after a couple of nights I now love it, I make mine with hot water and a dash of cold milk but would imagine it tastes even more delicious made with just milk. Would recommend giving it a try as you can buy a trial pack to see if you like it before spending out on a full bag.
