I have been experiencing sleep issues owing to hormonal fluctuations, I wanted more than just magnesium to help. I appreciated the high dosage of the ingredients and the quality of the taste- it was very chocolatey and soothing.

We really enjoy the night time magnesium drink as part of our routine now. You can add vegan or dairy creams/marshmallows to make it more of an event, but its lovely on it's own. We take ours with the magnesium supplements also.
These bars are absolutely delicious! I never feel bloated after eating them, I feel calm and healthy. Hard to believe that something this yummy is so good for you - but it's true.

It's always difficult to tell whether supplements are working by placebo or in earnest. My anecdotal experience is that, be it through routine or otherwise, my sleep has improved whilst incorporating TenPM hot chocolate into my evening routine.
