This drink really works. I have it every night about an hour before bedtime and I drift off to sleep with not problem. The new chia flavour is lovely and the chocolate is really creamy too. I prefer mine with milk but they are just as nice with hot water. The bars are really tasty as well. I would highly recommend getting some if you are having trouble sleeping it’s been a god send for me and certainly worth the price
