Added bonus!

Tried it for my son as his sleep has been very light. I ended up drinking the hot chocolate and snacking on the oat bar too. We both like it due to the taste, if it helps with sleep, then it’s an added bonus for us.

It works!

I'm a bit of a cynic, so I was a bit dubious about whether it would actually work, but thought it would be worth giving it a try anyway. I'm really pleased to report that from the first night I tried it, I had the best night's sleep I'd had in some time. And it wasn't a fluke - every night I have my hot chocolate, I sleep well and wake up feeling refreshed. Great product - happy to recommend 😀!

Great to help get to sleep

Taking the hot chocolate helps me to get a deep sleep - if I wake up, I remain drowsy, which makes it much quicker to get back to sleep (which is otherwise a problem). I highly recommend this, and as a bonus it tastes good as well.
