Metal Measuring Spoon

Bought this for my husband on a whim after he was suffering from insomnia and a bit of a mental health crisis. I was willing to try anything and one of those things was trying to improve his overall sleep routine. He has consistently had the Night Drink every evening before bed for the last 3-4 weeks and it really does seem to help him wind down. I think the ingredients plus the warm milk all help. This has become a bit of a mental signal that it's nearing time for sleep so we're going to stick with it. He's also VERY fussy and enjoys the taste so it gets our seal of approval! I've now signed up for the subscription so we don't run out.
